A sizable, if dilapidated section. With a bit of a nasty reputation of being just as, if not more beat up and of ill repair than the downtown area. Joan-Renée sits on the edge of suburbia and urban Aydercroft.

Populated by various ne'er-do-wells and shady pawn shops. A tattoo parlour next to a day care centre is a notable example of grave misplacement of businesses.
